I attended the MS Forge Council 2008 conference this weekend. I must say that I learned a lot and had a blast. If you do not know what a forge council is… well it is a blacksmith council. Lorelei Sims was the guest demonstrator for the weekend. She is a famous artist and blacksmith from the Illinois area. Her website is www.blacksmithchic.com Go and look at her incredible art! Over the weekend she focused on floral art made out of metal. She made various flowers and trees. The best were the grapevine and magnolia! Take a look at the pictures and enjoy. Maybe one day I will be able to do this stuff.
